Resurgent AV is looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage day-to-day office activities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
Maintain office records, documents, and files
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning
Support management with basic administrative tasks
Ensure a professional and organized office environment

Requirements

Any graduate (preferred)
Proven experience as an Office Coordinator / Office Administrator (preferred)
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Immediate joiner preferred
