Responsibilities

· Assist the Office Manager in daily administrative tasks

· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency

· Manage schedules and arrange appointments for office staff

· Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls

· Order and maintain office supplies and inventory

· Support the preparation and dissemination of office communications

· Help in handling office paperwork and documentation

· Team Handling & Confident

· Inter department Communication & Office Management

Qualifications

· B com / MBA preferred

· Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role

· 2-3 years of experience

· Female Candidates Preferred

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
