About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate must be confident, proactive, and capable of handling HR operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding).
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and documentation.
  • Oversee induction and onboarding formalities.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with company policies.
  • Co-ordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
  • Manage performance reviews, confirmations, and probation evaluations.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and hiring dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in HR & Recruitment (IT or Non-IT).
  • Strong knowledge of job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
