Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Associate located in Mumbai. The Office Associate will oversee administrative tasks, assist in customer service, perform basic accounting duties, and ensure smooth office operations. The role includes maintaining office records, managing communication with clients, and supporting the team in day-to-day administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to ensure efficient operations
• Basic Accounting knowledge for managing records and financial transactions
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office and related applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Experience or familiarity with the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or relevant fields are advantageous
