Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to ensure efficient operations Basic Accounting knowledge for managing records and financial transactions Organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office and related applications Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Experience or familiarity with the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or relevant fields are advantageous
