Role Description Looking for FRESHERS - GRADUATES for a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant at Zatural Life located in Malad - Mumbai. The Office Assistant will be responsible for phone etiquette, administrative assistance, communication, and clerical skills in daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls and emails Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members Organize and maintain paper and electronic files Schedule meetings and appointments Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations Order and maintain office supplies Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed Ensure office cleanliness and organization Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduates (FRESHERS) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team Interested Candidates May apply on support@zatural.in Show more Show less
