Job Title: Office Assistant to CEO / ISO Coordinator

Location: [Insert location or “On-site/Hybrid/Remote”]
Department: Executive Office
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and assist in maintaining effective organizational systems. The ideal candidate will also serve as the ISO Coordinator, ensuring that all departments adhere to company policies, procedures, and ISO standards.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistance:

  • Support the CEO in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Ensure timely completion of assignments and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.

ISO Coordination & Policy Implementation:

  • Act as the ISO Coordinator and assist in maintaining compliance with ISO standards.
  • Ensure all organizational policies, rules, and regulations are properly implemented and followed.
  • Maintain records and documentation required for audits and compliance.

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist HR and the CEO in shortlisting candidates for various positions.
  • Manage communication with applicants and coordinate interview schedules.

Content & Communication:

  • Prepare official documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office.
  • Create professional visual content (posters, announcements, etc.) using Canva.
  • Draft internal communications and announcements in clear, professional English.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (experience supporting top management preferred).
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of Canva and basic content design skills.
  • Good understanding of ISO standards and company policy implementation.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and responsibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,765.11 - ₹15,000.00 per month
