Office Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and organized Female Office Assistant to support our newly launched Amazon online business. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative, operational, and customer service tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily order processing and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely shipment. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, messages, and feedback on Amazon Seller Central. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels; report stock status and assist with procurement. Update and maintain product listings including descriptions, pricing, and images. Organize and maintain business documents, invoices, and shipment records. Coordinate communication with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams. Assist in preparing daily sales and performance reports. Perform basic administrative duties such as scheduling, email management, and data entry. Requirements: Minimum education: Any Graduate Basic computer skills including MS Office, internet browsing, and email handling. Good communication skills in English and/or local language. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented, honest, and proactive approach to work. Previous experience in e-commerce or administrative roles is a required.
