The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn about trade documentation and sales coordination. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and maintaining export & import documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.). Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Support domestic sales activities – preparing quotations, handling client inquiries, and following up on orders. Maintain and update customer and supplier databases. Prepare correspondence, reports, and basic spreadsheets using MS Word and Excel. Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Maintain filing systems and ensure proper record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 0–2 years of experience in office administration, export–import documentation, or sales coordination. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English. Good proficiency in MS Word and basic Excel. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively. Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
