Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Specialty Chemicals Experience Level: 0–2 Years Location: On Site, Kasarwadi, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune Industry Focus: Latex Dipping, Rubber, Plastics, Coir Manufacturing, Adhesives Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and articulate Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team specializing in specialty chemical solutions for the latex dipping, rubber, coir manufacturing, and adhesive industries. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a passion for sales, technical products, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from domestic and international clients. Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate chemical solutions based on product portfolio. Prepare and send quotations, follow up on leads, and support the field sales team. Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups. Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication. Assist in market research and gathering customer insights to support sales strategy. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any science-related field preferred (not mandatory). OR Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing and willingness to learn Practical Solutions for Latex, Rubber, Adhesive and Coir Industry. 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in B2B or industrial sales. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Proficient in MS Word, basic Excel, and email communication. Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to clients. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Team player with a proactive sales mindset.
