Job Description

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant & Computer Operator to join our jewellery firm in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records related to inventory and sales.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, efficiently and professionally.
Support the team in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
Coordinate meetings and manage schedules for team members.
Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for shipments and orders.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Experience with accounting software or inventory management systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of jewellery products and industry standards is an advantage.
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) and basic troubleshooting skills.
