We are seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in academic counseling or a related field. You will be responsible for providing guidance to students, helping them navigate their academic paths, and ensuring they achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance and support to students in their educational journey.
• Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and programs based on their interests and career goals.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions to assess students academic performance and provide tailored advice.
• Develop and implement strategies for academic success and personal development.
• Organize workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and career planning.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to enhance student support services.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of academic programs and educational systems in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students and foster a supportive environment.
• Problem-solving skills to address student challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and software for counseling and documentation.
