About the Role

Boston Institute of Analytics is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Academic Counsellors to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational sales and a passion for guiding students toward the right academic and career paths.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries and provide detailed information about our courses and programs.
• Counsel prospective students on course selection based on their educational background and career aspirations.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to achieve enrollment targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance student satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech or educational sales.
• Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; additional certification in counseling or sales is a plus.
