Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant to join our team remotely in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle HRMS applications and the ability to deliver effective solutions that meet our clients needs.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Oracle HRMS solutions based on client requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRMS applications.
Collaborate with functional consultants to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and user acceptance.
Create technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
Assist in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Participate in training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in Oracle HRMS implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Self-Service applications.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms development.
Experience with Oracle Cloud applications is a plus.
Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
