Role Overview: Altera, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, is dedicated to delivering health IT solutions globally. As part of Altera Digital Health, you will play a crucial role in deploying, supporting, and maintaining client-facing applications. Your work will contribute to elevating care delivery and inspiring healthier communities worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Application Deployment: - Deploy client-facing applications across different environments (development, staging, production). - Ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications post-deployment. - Support and Maintenance: - Provide technical support for client-facing applications, addressing and resolving issues promptly. - Monitor application performance and implement necessary updates and patches. - Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and debug application issues. - Client Interaction: - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions. - Work with clients to complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Documentation: - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application deployment and support processes. - Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for common issues. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in deploying and supporting client-facing applications. - Familiarity with Azure Platform. Additional Details: Altera requires candidates with expertise in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript, knowledge of web technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js). You should be willing to work from the office and in shifts. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential soft skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with querying Microsoft SQL database, understanding of relational databases, familiarity with healthcare terminology, HL7 standard, and knowledge of security best practices for application deployment.
