Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities at Sheopals Pvt. Ltd. The role requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, courier).
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee attendance, leaves, and documentation.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.
  • Support the management team in organizing meetings, travel, and events.
  • Prepare and manage reports, memos, and presentations for internal use.
  • Assist in vendor management and negotiation for office-related services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles (preferably in FMCG/Healthcare/Ayurvedic industry).
  • Familiarity with HR or operations processes will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
