Job Description

Job Summary

The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, official correspondence, documentation, and office coordination. The role requires strong English communication skills, professional email and letter drafting ability, and excellent proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel to support organizational and event-related activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office Operations

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office functioning
  • Maintain files, records, and documentation (physical & digital)
  • Coordinate with internal departments, officials, vendors, and external agencies
  • Handle scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups

Communication & Correspondence

  • Draft official letters, emails, circulars, notices, and proposals with proper wording and professional format
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails and official correspondence
  • Maintain communication with government bodies, sports federations, sponsors, schools, and associations
  • Prepare meeting minutes and official reports

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and format documents, reports, proposals, and presentations using MS Word
  • Maintain data, trackers, and summaries using MS Excel
  • Assist in preparing event-related documents, participation letters, approvals, and permissions

Coordination & Support

  • Support senior management in administrative and operational tasks
  • Coordinate logistics and documentation for competitions, events, and meetings
  • Maintain follow-up records and compliance-related documentation

Required Skills & CompetenciesCommunication Skills (Mandatory)

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Strong email drafting and official letter writing skills
  • Ability to use proper tone, wording, and format in professional communication

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in MS Word (formatting, tables, letterheads, official documents)
  • Proficient in MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, summaries, trackers)
  • Good knowledge of email platforms (Gmail / Outlook)

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Professional attitude and confidentiality handling
  • Time management and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
