Job Description

Candidate should have minimum six months of experience in required profile. Prefer good written and speaking communications skill in English. We are looking for a well-organized and dynamic Office Administrator and Telecaller to manage daily office tasks and handle inbound/outbound calls efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations and provide excellent customer service over the phone. This position requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Administrative Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain records. Handle documentation, filing, and data entry tasks. Managing the records of all types of assets purchased and maintenance records. Coordinate with different departments and assist in office management. Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and ensure office cleanliness and organisation. Make outbound calls to potential employees, vendors or clients. Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner. Follow up on leads and maintain detailed call records. Promote company services and explain offerings to customers. Support HR Manager in recruitment, selection and manpower plannings. Taking care of joining formalities of new joiners. Support in employee engagement activities. Coordinate with other branches regarding any admin queries. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in office administration or related roles. Proficiency in GSuite / MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Personal Attributes: Professional and approachable demeanor. Strong sense of responsibility and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
