Job Title: Office Administrator – Construction Projects

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator who can handle documentation, maintain project records, manage coordination tasks, and support our construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to manage office operations efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation & Reporting

  • Maintain project files, documentation, drawings, contracts, and vendor records.
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets, daily reports, project trackers, and MIS reports.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, work orders, invoices, and quotation records.
  • Ensure all site-related documents are organized and available when required.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, vendors, and clients for project updates.
  • Track material requirements, deliveries, and usage with site teams.
  • Follow up on deadlines, project milestones, and task completion.
  • Assist management with administrative support for ongoing projects.

Office Administration

  • Manage routine office activities, communication, and scheduling.
  • Handle emails, calls, and maintain proper communication logs.
  • Assist in vendor management, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Support HR and accounts with basic administrative work if required.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BA, BBA preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in office administration (construction industry preferred).
  • Strong skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
  • Good communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work with site teams and understand basic project workflows.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation efficiently.
