Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer / Site Supervisor / Site Manager to manage construction and renovation projects across Chandigarh and nearby remote sites. The candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, team supervision, quality control, safety compliance, and coordination with management and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day activities at construction and renovation sites.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and clients.
• Monitor quality, safety, and progress at site.
• Maintain site reports, documentation, and material inventory.
• Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Travel to remote sites as required.

Required Candidate Profile

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–8+ years of experience in construction or renovation site supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read drawings and handle site measurement and documentation.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
