Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the planning and execution of telecom cable laying projects, primarily involving optical fiber cable (OFC). The role involves site supervision, resource management, and regular reporting to the main office. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) laying and related infrastructure work as per project timelines. Monitor on-site activities to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. Manage and coordinate the output of men and machinery deployed at the site. Maintain daily progress reports, attendance, material usage, and expenses in Excel. Plot work progress on Google Maps using latitude and longitude coordinates. Prepare billing documents with necessary supporting records. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure timely communication and reporting to the head office.
