Job Description: Office Admin Company: DDEN TV Private Limited Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time About the Company: DDEN TV Private Limited is a fast-growing digital media & entertainment company focused on producing engaging content for YouTube, Facebook, and other online platforms. We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Admin to manage day-to-day office operations. Role: Office Admin Key Responsibilities: Handle daily office operations, documentation, and coordination. Prepare and manage Excel sheets, reports, and records with accuracy. Create letters, documents, and files using MS Word and MS Office tools. Maintain data entry with fast and accurate computer typing. Assist management with scheduling, phone calls, and office communication. Manage office supplies, staff attendance, and basic administrative tasks. Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow. Maintain proper filing systems (digital & physical). Skills Required: Strong command in MS Office, especially Excel & Word. Excellent typing speed with high accuracy. Good communication skills (Hindi/English). Ability to multitask and maintain office discipline. Basic knowledge of computer operations and documentation. Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred. Experience in office administration or data entry will be an added advantage.
