As the first point of contact for guests, clients, and callers, the Receptionist plays a key role in representing the company's professional image. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Visitor ManagementGreet and welcome visitors in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area. Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and inform relevant staff of guest arrivals. Call HandlingAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently. Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company. Take messages and ensure timely delivery to the concerned team members. Administrative SupportManage daily correspondence including emails, letters, and couriers. Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings. Support HR/admin team with documentation, filing, and basic data entry. Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when required. Office CoordinationAssist in the setup of meetings, including refreshments and arrangements. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication flow. Help with basic office operations to ensure a professional working environment. Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role (preferred). Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Pleasant personality with strong customer service attitude. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), email handling, and phone etiquette. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism under pressure. Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Personal QualitiesPresentable, polite, and confident. Responsible, punctual, and well-organized. Strong interpersonal and people-handling skills.
