📌 Job Description – Data Entry & Office Executive Company: DDEN TV Private Limited Email for Resume: info@dentv.in Location: Office-based Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM 🔹 Position Overview We are looking for a responsible and skilled Data Entry & Office Executive to join our team. The candidate should have good command over computer operations, communication skills, and basic understanding of AI tools. The role involves data entry, document management, interaction with clients, and supporting team operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Perform data entry with accuracy and speed. Send and manage emails, especially client communication. Print, scan, and organize documents as required. Handle MS Excel, MS Word, and other office software confidently. Create PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) when needed. Basic knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Excel AI functions, etc.) is preferred. Maintain team data and client records. Communicate with clients professionally over phone calls. Support daily office tasks and administration.
