Job Description

Experience: 1-3 years in fee collection, training coordination, or academic operations Job Responsibilities: Communicate with students via WhatsApp, calls, and emails for fee collection and batch scheduling. Follow up on pending payments, send reminders, and maintain proper records. Address student queries related to payment modes, invoices, and batch details. Create and manage batches for IT training courses, coordinating with trainers and students. Maintain batch records, student enrolments, and attendance. Ensure smooth execution of training schedules and handle rescheduling if required. Work closely with the finance and operations team to streamline payment tracking and batch management. Requirements: Experience in fee collection, telecalling, customer support, or training coordination. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Ability to handle multiple follow-ups, manage batches, and work under deadlines. A proactive and organized approach to handling student interactions.
