Office Admin Executive

We Hybrid Space Design is an Architecture and Interior design studio in Hyderabad. We involved in rigorous design and research that yields innovative, iconic buildings, urban spaces and Interiors. With the zeal to carve a niche for ourselves in the design fraternity, we "design" our thoughts into practical and aesthetic space using creativity, modern technology for ideation, communication and implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Involves in conducting office events & all admin related tasks.

· Vendor management & assists in quotations receiving.

· Day-to-day Attendance & payroll of the employees’ records.

· Prepare Material lists required as per the interior project requirements.

· Organize and maintain employee personnel records.

· Maintain all project bills & timely submissions to accounts manager for tax processing.

· Payments data for all vendors to be maintained.

· Handling all the Entry & Exit of employees.

· Maintain client contracts, client project proposals & Client's payments data in accordance with accounts manager.

· Maintain & follow of company policies.

· Oversees the daily employee timesheets/work reports.

· Organize advance & expense sheets.

· Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues.

Required:
Proven work experience as an HR Admin or HR Admin Assistant or relevant role in 1+ years.Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important subjects.Strong phone, email and in-person communication skillsBS in Human Resources or relevant field
