Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin cum Customer Support Executive to join our team at Equity Research Mart. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative activities, coordinate internal operations, and deliver prompt, professional support to clients using our research and algorithmic trading solutions. Key Responsibilities Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, compliance documentation, and communication logs as per SEBI guidelines. Respond to client queries via phone, email, and chat regarding equity research reports, subscription services, and algo software usage. Assist in client onboarding, KYC verification, and account setup processes. Coordinate with the research and technology teams to resolve client issues efficiently. Manage CRM data, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Prepare and circulate daily reports, research updates, and client communication materials. Support marketing and promotional activities related to research products and software tools. Ensure adherence to SEBI compliance requirements in all client interactions and document management.
