Must be Hands-on in setting-up and management of Linux/Windows Servers OS and End-user Compute central services - such as IAM, SSO, MFA Threat Management, DLP, Patch Management, Web Security, CASB On-Cloud Collaboration services like Office365 End User Compute Infrastructure modernization across the Enterprise Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 Services including Enterprise and Mobility Maintenance of On-Premises and Azure Active Directory environments including Group Policies and Advanced Group Policy Management Leading initiatives for researching and deploying new applications Leading IT Projects related to Active Directory, Azure AD and O365 services Managing End User Compute Devices - Laptops/Desktops Lifecycle, End-user compute devices performance Managing Software Asset Management for the End-User Corporate IT Infra, using appropriate Tools Leading a team of skilled resources - both in-sourced and out-sourced, with focus on Outsourcing Managing Annual Budget, cost optimizations Collaborating with End-users, peers, Leadership, find innovative ways for adoption and deployments Work independently on assigned projects. as well as effectively and cooperatively with administrators, users, and vendors. Must be a solid technical resource, self-learner without much handholding The candidate shall have in-depth understanding of the implementation and administration processes to support the Office 365 suite of products (Azure AD, O365, SharePoint/OneDrive) etc. hands-on experience in setting up, managing MDM tools - Intune, Azure Identity and Rights Management, Enterprise Mobility Suite, Web security products like Zscaler Experience with Microsoft Active Directory in an enterprise environment Managed End-User Support Management with focus on internal customer delight 3. Qualifications: BE / B. Tech / B. Sc. / Diploma Leading Certifications from OEMs will be an added advantage. 4. Experience: 15+ years in IT Infra Management
