OEM Sales Manager

Role Overview: You are a Regional Manager/Key Accounts Manager/Executive in the OEM Division based in Hyderabad. This position offers an opportunity to grow as the Head of the Department based on your performance. You will be working closely with the Cofounders and other teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach OEM partners, specifically Modular Factories. - Develop business relationships with OEM customers and drive sales. - Achieve monthly sales targets for various products. - Generate new leads through various sources to build a robust revenue pipeline. - Proactively identify business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams for business development activities in the geography. - Drive lead conversion as per plan, ensuring team pitches are made effectively and value propositions are communicated to customers. - Cultivate a strong relationship with the business partner community through regular engagement. - Ensure timely resolution of customer queries/issues as per Service Level Agreements (SLA). - Publish periodic status reports, including team activity and sales performance reports. - Analyze data to generate insights on effective strategies and recommend the way forward. - Maintain a thorough understanding of the Home Interiors industry, industry trends, business processes, performance indicators, and key competitors. Qualifications Required: - MBA/Graduate from a reputed institute. - Must have field sales experience with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets. - 0-1 years of experience will be a plus. - Experience in the Home Interiors industry will be advantageous, but candidates with other industry backgrounds are welcome.
