Key Responsibilities

:* Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects* Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications* Coordinate with developers, functional consultants, and stakeholders* Plan project timelines, milestones, and deliverables* Ensure on-time, within-scope, and quality project delivery* Manage client communication, status updates, and issue resolution* Oversee UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support

Requirements

:* Minimum 4+ years of experience managing Odoo ERP projects* Strong understanding of Odoo functional and technical workflows* Experience in ERP implementation, customization, and integration projects* Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills* Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment
