Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Functional Consultant located in Mumbai. The Odoo Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, providing consultation on the implementation of Odoo solutions, and customizing Odoo applications to meet specific business needs. The role also involves training end-users, troubleshooting system issues, and creating documentation for system processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to understand and evaluate business processes and system requirements
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Experience in Business Process analysis and optimization
• Expertise in Consulting to provide informed recommendations and solutions
• Knowledge in Finance to assist in integrating financial modules within Odoo
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is a plus
