Odoo functional Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Functional to join our ERP implementation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, and ensuring seamless ERP implementation across departments. You will act as a bridge between clients, developers, and project managers to deliver tailored Odoo solutions that optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Odoo ERP solutions.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, etc.
• Coordinate with the technical team for development, integration, and customization needs.
• Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
• Prepare project documentation, functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, modules, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and business workflows.
• Experience in project management, business analysis, or ERP consulting.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Odoo.sh, PostgreSQL, and Linux environments (a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Odoo certification or hands-on experience with multiple Odoo versions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and clients across industries.
• Understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Knowledge of API integrations and reporting tools (e.g., BI tools).
