Odoo Developer

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and implementing Odoo modules, integrating third-party applications, and supporting our ERP system to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules as per project requirements.
• Analyze business needs and provide technical solutions within Odoo.
• Create and manage workflows, reports, and dashboards to optimize processes.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party tools and external applications.
• Upgrade and migrate Odoo versions when required.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in Odoo.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an Odoo Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo framework, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with custom module development and Odoo API integrations.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML).
• Good understanding of business processes such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
• Experience with Odoo deployment and server management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Odoo.sh or cloud deployment.
• Knowledge of Git and version control.
• Exposure to Docker or containerization.
• Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Internship

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
