We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and implementing Odoo modules, integrating third-party applications, and supporting our ERP system to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules as per project requirements. Analyze business needs and provide technical solutions within Odoo. Create and manage workflows, reports, and dashboards to optimize processes. Integrate Odoo with third-party tools and external applications. Upgrade and migrate Odoo versions when required. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in Odoo. Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to ensure smooth implementation. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an Odoo Developer. Strong knowledge of Odoo framework, Python, and PostgreSQL . Hands-on experience with custom module development and Odoo API integrations . Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML). Good understanding of business processes such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing. Experience with Odoo deployment and server management . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Odoo.sh or cloud deployment. Knowledge of Git and version control. Exposure to Docker or containerization. Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and clients.
