Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relation Officer who will serve as the primary point of contact for builders and construction professionals, assisting in managing and converting their project leads. This role involves proactive outreach, handling inquiries, and providing end-to-end assistance to builders throughout their project journey. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, personable, and comfortable managing all aspects of customer relationships via phone calls to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Handling & Conversion
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (builders, contractors, etc.) to convert project leads into active business opportunities.
  • Qualify incoming leads and follow up with leads to ensure timely action, providing relevant information to convert them into paying customers.
  • Maintain regular communication with leads to provide updates, answer questions, and encourage project bookings.
  • Customer Support & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for builders, handling their queries and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide A to Z assistance for builders, ensuring their needs are met at every stage of the project process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing solutions, ensuring the continuation of projects or services.
  • Project Coordination
  • Manage the administrative aspects of client projects, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and that all relevant project details are communicated effectively.
  • CRM & Database Management
  • Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions, project leads, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Track lead status and project stages to ensure all steps are taken to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Reporting & Feedback
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on lead conversion rates, client feedback, and any challenges faced in the process.
  • Provide insights or feedback to management regarding common client issues, lead quality, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer relations, sales, or project management (preferably in the construction, real estate, or services industry).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients via phone and email.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM systems or other lead tracking tools.
  • Ability to problem-solve and provide effective solutions to client needs.
  • Self-motivated with a strong customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience working with builders, contractors, or real estate developers is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with construction projects or project management terminology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of lead conversion techniques and sales processes.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
