Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients from Apna and other property portals. Understand customer requirements (buying, selling, renting) and recommend suitable properties. Maintain and update client data in CRM tools or Excel. Schedule and coordinate site visits with sales teams. Follow up with clients post-visit and assist in negotiation and closing. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Provide daily/weekly reports on leads, calls, and closures. Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any stream (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer and MS Office knowledge. Familiarity with Apna Portal, MagicBricks, or other real estate platforms. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Fluency in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus). Perks & Benefits:Attractive incentives on closures.
