Odoo Developer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Odoo Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs and designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Odoo ERP modules to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Odoo's architecture, Python, PostgreSQL, and front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (backend and frontend).
• Integrate third-party applications and APIs with Odoo.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Debug, fix, and optimize existing Odoo features and modules.
• Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning of the Odoo system.
• Implement and support Odoo reporting and dashboards.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer (minimum [1-3+ years]).
• Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo framework (v12 – v16 or higher).
• Experience with PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, QWeb, and HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh, and custom module development.
• Good understanding of business processes like Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
