Odoo Developer

We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Odoo Developer who can independently work on both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Python, SQL, and JavaScript, along with a proven track record in developing and customizing Odoo modules. This role will involve working on custom components, system integration, and end-to-end Odoo implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and customizing Odoo modules (backend and frontend) for Community and Enterprise versions. - Creating new functional business modules based on project requirements. - Integrating Odoo with third-party applications using APIs and web services. - Writing clean and reusable code adhering to Odoo standards and best practices. - Performing database design, complex queries, and optimizing performance in PostgreSQL. - Handling deployment, debugging, testing, and support for Odoo applications. - Collaborating closely with functional consultants, designers, and other developers to deliver solutions. - Maintaining documentation for developed modules and codebase. Required Skills: - Minimum 2 years of experience with Odoo (Community & Enterprise). - Strong hands-on experience in Python, PostgreSQL (SQL queries, triggers, optimization), and JavaScript. - Ability to understand and customize existing Odoo modules. - Experience in building and maintaining custom modules from scratch. - Familiarity with Odoo web controllers and frontend templating. - Proficiency in Git or other version control systems. - Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of Odoo.sh, Docker, or Linux server deployment. - Familiarity with XML, QWeb, and Odoo Reporting (PDF, Excel). - Previous experience with multi-company and multi-tenant setups.
