OCM (Change Consultant) offshore role For S/4HANA Greenfield Implement

As a Change Management Lead for the S4 HANA greenfield implementation program, your role involves developing and owning the OCM roadmap. This includes stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning. You will conduct change impact assessments to identify impacts across business units and geographies. Your responsibilities also include defining and executing stakeholder management and communication strategies to ensure alignment at all levels. Additionally, you will design and oversee the train-the-trainer approach for knowledge transfer across customer teams. Your partnership with the PMO delivery head and business leads is crucial in embedding change readiness activities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the change management strategy and execution for the S4 HANA greenfield implementation program - Develop and own OCM roadmap covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption plan - Conduct change impact assessments to identify people, process, and technology impacts - Define and execute stakeholder management and communication strategy - Design and oversee the train-the-trainer approach for knowledge transfer - Partner with PMO delivery head and business leads to embed change readiness activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management within SAP environments - Prior experience in change management/OCM roles in larger scale IT transformation programs - Strong exposure to Greenfield implementation with global delivery offshore model experience - Proven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations, preferably S4HANA Greenfield projects - Strong understanding and practical experience with SAP Activate methodology; certification is highly desirable - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment Additional Details: - Industry experience in Pharma/Medical devices or regulated industries is preferred - Experience with RISE with SAP framework is a plus.,
