Role Overview

We are looking for an Ocean Pricing Specialist who will lead competitive pricing strategies, negotiate with carriers, and maintain strong vendor/partner relationships. This role is pivotal to ensuring Hexalog remains competitive in the global logistics market while driving profitability, efficiency, and customer delight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers.
• Build and maintain strategic carrier relationships for capacity and reliability.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence for informed decision-making.
• Manage vendor partnerships with shipping lines and service providers.
• Maintain and update a pricing history database for forecasting and transparency.
• Conduct financial evaluations to measure effectiveness of pricing strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in ocean pricing, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
