Ocean Freight Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall branch operations including Export, Import, Customer Service, Documentation, and Accounts coordination.
• Achieve branch revenue, profit targets, and business development goals.
• Develop new business opportunities through client visits, networking, and industry engagement.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance, shipment movement, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, international trade regulations, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry (including leadership or team-handling roles).
• Strong knowledge of Export/Import operations, customs procedures, NVOCC, Air & Ocean Freight.
• Proven track record in sales, key account management, and branch profitability.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage cross-functional teams.
