Job Description

Role Overview: As a Space Occupancy & Planning Management professional at Work Dynamics (India), your primary responsibility is to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment for both employees and visitors. You will be accountable for planning and executing all necessary arrangements for meetings, conferences, and VIP visits, as well as overseeing areas such as the mailroom, front office, and housekeeping. Key Responsibilities: - Support the development and implementation of Space Planning solutions aligned with Property Strategies to meet business space requirements - Manage design and physical planning, space request management, and provide cost and space layout options periodically - Coordinate site-level allocation blocking, stacking, adjacency, and planning - Develop migration plans and sequences for group-level and individual moves - Maintain CAD/CAFM/IWMS data accuracy and files for aspects like FF, space management, and building architecture - Analyze occupancy and space utilization database to propose employee experience enhancement ideas - Manage facility furniture, establish inventory tracking, and provide accurate headcounts - Facilitate planning issue resolutions in customer meetings with MAC team - Support integration of tactical plans into strategic business space requirements forecast - Prepare communications and documentation for proposed accommodation solutions - Enforce space policies/standards, procedures, and protocols - Collaborate with RE&F Managers and Occupancy Planners on site-specific Planning Strategies - Act as a point of contact for site and campus level space requests Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline with 5-7 years of experience in facilities management - Tertiary qualifications in hotel management, building management, and/or business would be advantageous Additional Company Details: The company focuses on ensuring a high standard of facility performance, where your mobility and ability to work in various locations are essential.
