MAC PROCESS EXECUTION

• • New Hire Process execution as per Serraview People Report Future Hire List (Weekly)
• • Termination process execution - weekly termination list to be forwarded to Facilities Team for removal of Nametag from the seats (Weekly)
• • Small & Large Move coordination, communication & execution, on receipt of move request from the Business (Daily/Weekly)
• • Project Move Planning & Execution in close coordination with SOMs/SSOMs (Need basis)
• • PO bookings for global visitors (Daily)

SERRAVIEW UPDATES

• • Update Future Hire list in the System and Daily move updates in the System (Daily)
• • Data Cleanups and Location change updates (Bi-weekly/Need basis)

SPACEWALK AUDITS

• • Provide data to Facilities Team for executing SpaceWalks (Monthly)
• • Conduct audit of Vendor support staff (Bi-Monthly)
• • Close audit points by ensuring corrective measures (Immediately after audit)

MAINTAIN REPORTS/ TRACKERS

• • Monthly Space & Occupancy report (Weekly)
• • Monthly Headcount report (Monthly)
• • Headcount Progression Report (Monthly)
• • Attendance Dashboard Report (Weekly)
• • Month Management Review Reports (MMR) (Monthly)
• • Maintain Seat allocation trackers (Monthly)

OCCUPANCY PLANNING

• • Prepare space report summaries in different formats as per the SOMs requirement (Need basis as per SOM's instructions)
• • Work on OPRs with Global Space & Occupancy Manager on half yearly basis
• • Planning & Proposing BU consolidations with SOMs based on Re-Orgs
• • Define processes for various tasks as and when the need arises
• • Meeting and interacting with BU-Managers for seat requirements/team consolidation/move execution etc.
