This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a o9 EOP IBP Configurator. This role is crucial for enhancing the efficiency of demand and supply planning processes, contributing significantly to optimized inventory management and operational execution. As an o9 configurator, you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative workflows that align with global processes, ultimately driving performance improvements across the supply chain. Your expertise will not only shape data structures and integration but also support analytics and scenario management to make informed business decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure robust configuration setups that meet evolving market demands.
Accountabilities
- Configure o9’s Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization workflows.
- Design Attribute-Based Hierarchies, Time Bucket Profiles, and Aggregation/Disaggregation Rules.
- Develop custom planning logic using o9’s planning engines and scripting tools.
- Build master data structures and key figures for real-time adjustments.
- Optimize pegging rules and supply allocation strategies.
- Design data pipelines to synchronize o9 with various data sources.
- Develop interactive dashboards to track KPIs and forecast accuracy.
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Create technical playbooks and train regional planners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years configuring o9 IBP/SOE modules in CPG/FMCG industries.
- Experience with IBP, SOE, STD, and TLB modules.
- 2+ full lifecycle implementations of o9 or SAP IBP.
- Familiarity with o9 Platform, modeling tools, and analytics software.
- Proficiency in data integration tools such as Talend, Kafka, and REST APIs.
