Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Nutrigenomics/Nutrigenetics, Genetics, Nutritional Sciences.

Salary: Rs.37,000/- per month

Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Curate nutrition–gene interactions relevant to the project.
• Perform variant annotation, polygenic risk score development, and pathway analysis of nutrigenetic data
• Collaborate with project coordinators, nutrition scientists and AI developers to integrate genetic findings with existing dietary and clinical recommendations.
• Interpret genetic results in the context of nutrient metabolism, deficiencies, and diet-related diseases.
• Contribute to the development of a population-specific nutrigenetic knowledge base.
• Assist in preparing research publications, reports, and grant deliverables.
• Coordinate with bioinformatics/statistics teams for data management, quality control, and advanced analyses.
