Collaborate with biomedical engineers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals to refine device features and research methodologies. 7. Develop survey instruments, interview guides, and research tools for stakeholder consultations, including hospital administrators and healthcare workers. 8. Conduct literature reviews and assist in drafting research papers, reports, and presentations. 9. Monitor project timelines, data quality, and regulatory compliance under the guidance of the medical research scientist. 10. Assist in grant writing and proposal development for securing additional funding. 11. Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions for research staff and healthcare workers. 12. Support field teams in troubleshooting data collection challenges and ensure adherence to ethical research practices. 13. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using statistical software and visualization tools. 14. Maintain detailed project documentation, including research protocols, consent forms, and ethics committee submissions.
