Job Description

Addition of nutrigenetics-enabled personalization of dietary recommendations to an internally developed Diet App.

No. of Vacancy:One Preferred Qualifications:

Master s degree in Nutrigenomics/Nutrigenetics, Genetics, Nutritional Sciences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Curate nutrition gene interactions relevant to the project.
Perform variant annotation, polygenic risk score development, and pathway analysis of nutrigenetic data
Collaborate with project coordinators, nutrition scientists and AI developers to integrate genetic findings with existing dietary and clinical recommendations.
Interpret genetic results in the context of nutrient metabolism, deficiencies, and diet-related diseases.
Contribute to the development of a population-specific nutrigenetic knowledge base.
Assist in preparing research publications, reports, and grant deliverables.
Coordinate with bioinformatics/statistics teams for data management, quality control, and advanced analyses.
