Confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally, to remote attendees and in-person attendees where required by local guidance. Deliver product and technical enablement to channel partners and internal stakeholders. Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations. Qualifications Qualifications Background in Enterprise IT environments, prior experience either with IT Servers, Data Centers or related Enterprise IT software and services. Working knowledge of Operating Systems, including Microsoft Windows and Linux. Basic knowledge of VMWare and virtualization technologies. Basic knowledge of Data Center protocols SNMP & Modbus. Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.com.
