TitleCloud Engineer

You will be joining a Top Tier 1 IT Services Company in Chennai for the position of Nutanix cloud with 3 to 9 years of experience. As an Associate or Sr. Associate, you will play a crucial role in the Nutanix cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing new facilities on the Nutanix environment and providing mentorship to team resources for troubleshooting and implementations. - Translating business requirements into technology solutions and ensuring service uptime and availability as per SLA. - Conducting POC and evaluation for emerging technologies, performing capacity management, and creating capacity reports. - Hands-on experience with VM migration and analyzing logs for root cause analysis. - Troubleshooting on Nutanix platforms like AHV, Prism central, and Self-service. Your qualifications should include a full-time bachelor's degree and proficiency in Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure, Nutanix Cloud Manage, Nutanix Prism, Nutanix Guest Tools, and Nutanix AHV. Additional skills in Nutanix Central, Nutanix Calm, Nutanix Leap, Nutanix Era, and Nutanix Flow will be advantageous. You should be self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a limited supervision environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to a diverse audience are essential. You should also have a positive attitude towards customer service, be adept at creating presentations, technical documents, and SOPs, and show a keen interest in expanding knowledge in new developments and trends. Preferred certifications for this role include Nutanix Certified Professional - Multicloud Infrastructure and NCM.
