Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Nursing Supervisor role located in Manesar. The Nursing Supervisor will oversee daily nursing operations, manage nursing staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care plans, supervising nursing teams, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and monitoring staff performance and training. This role also involves collaboration with medical teams, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and addressing patient needs effectively.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in patient care, clinical procedures, and nursing techniques
• Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff and patients
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
• Active nursing license and prior experience in a supervisory role
• Experience in hospital or healthcare settings is an advantage
